Description
Available as pure or premix. Premixes combine vitamin B12 with a non-soluble calcium carbonate and silica carrier for optimized mixability and handling. Unlike most products on the market, there is no free cyanide in the finished product.

Shelf life
Our vitamin B12 is given a special carbohydrate matrix (in development) to extend the shelf life by protecting it from light, moisture and temperature. We guarantee it against spoilage for 24 months from the date of manufacture. Keep it in the original, unopened packaging stored in a cool, dry place away from light.
TECHNICAL OVERVIEW
Our vitamin B12 comes in the form of cyanocobalamin because it is the most active and stable form of vitamin B12.
- It is available as a crystallized powder.
- It is ≥ 97% pure and extremely consistent.
- We do not use KCN (Potassium Cyanide) in our production process, which means there is no free cyanide in the finished product.
- For premixes: Our optional custom carbohydrate matrix coating (in development) extends the shelf life even further by protecting the product from light, temperature and moisture.
- We follow ISO 9001, HACCP, FSSC 22000, PAS 222 and FAMI-QS guidelines, and are compliant with non-GMO, Kosher and Halal standards.
Our vitamin B12 is available in several standard concentrations including pure, 1% and 0.1%. We can also customize the concentration and format to meet your exact production needs.

USES
In humans and animals, vitamin B12 plays a number of important roles:

For example, livestock such as calves, kids and lambs aren’t able to synthesize B12 on their own until several months of age. A vitamin B12 deficiency creates a number of dangerous side effects, including anemia, vision problems and neurological issues.
